SHIPPING POLICIES

  • All orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday - We do this to avoid having your chocolate get stuck in a freight terminal over a weekend.

  • In-store pickup is by appointment - If you've selected in-store pickup, we’ll contact you ASAP to schedule a time for your will call pickup.

  • Shipping rates are for contiguous United States - Additional charges apply for HI, AK & PR.

  • We only ship to the US (for now) - International ordering capability is coming, in the meantime, contact us directly with inquiries.

  • Please make sure you are home to receive your shipment and take it inside - If you live in a warm climate, make sure not to let the package sit outside for a prolonged period of time.

  • Shipping rates will vary in spring and summer - We'll typically have to use expedited shipping during the warmer months to ensure that your chocolate arrives safely.

  • Please make sure the delivery address is correct - An incorrect address could lead to a delay in getting your chocolate, and result in melting or damage to the bars.

  • If there is an issue with your shipment please notify us as soon as possible - We'll do our best to get it corrected!
